"The Te Koutu Park Flowform, linked by a public walkway has resulted in a most successful water feature incorporating all the natural elements of nature. This peaceful tranquil setting enhanced by the sounds of cascading water in to a landscaped natural rock pool completes a unique environment.
Improvement to the water quality in the lake arm has been outstanding. The small flow of fresh water has resulted in almost eliminating algae blooms which formed unpleasant odours during the summer months. it is now a pleasure to wander around this part of the lake and to feed the ducks in relatively clear water."

Max Ward - Waipa Councils Parks Officer.
